We decided to have a little party just us and the boys for New Year's Eve. We pigged out on some snow and king crab legs and cut up a huge fresh fruit platter and did chocolate fondue. We're hoping someday to cook a fondue meal with the boys as a New Year's tradition, but we thought they were a bit young this year and just opted for a whole lot of chocolate!
My cousin Peter and his little man Lucas (he goes to preschool with Maddox) came over for dessert and playing too.
After the fruit was gone and we were about done we let the boys have at the chocolate fountain! They were in heaven!
By the end of the night, none of the boys had shirts on (casualties of chocolate). Aiden was a little more reserved when it came to diving face first into the chocolate, but he definitely enjoyed it!
Cheers to 2011! Noers didn't make midnight (or even close), but Aiden and Maddox were troopers and we all counted down to the New Year!
Too bad no matter how many times you try it's almost impossible to get everyone in one picture smiling!
